The FXC-5050 I combines carton sealing and labeling in one packaging station. Compared with a standard carton sealer, it is designed for customers who need to apply identification, shipping, barcode, product or traceability labels after the carton has been sealed.
Its left and right side-belt drive system grips the carton from both sides and conveys it steadily through the machine. With an applicable carton range of 150–500mm in width and height, it is suitable for repeated batches of medium-sized, uniform cartons.
By combining sealing and labeling, the machine can reduce separate handling between the two processes and support a more continuous packaging workflow. The exact labeling method, label position and data-integration requirements must be confirmed according to the customer’s application.
